Credential disclosure via case-sensitive redirect header filtering

Credential disclosure in Tesla 1.4.0 through 1.18.2 allows remote attackers to read Authorization headers through cross-origin redirects. Tesla.Middleware.FollowRedirects compares verbatim header keys against lowercase filter entries, so canonical-cased Authorization bypasses stripping and is forwarded. Exploitation requires the middleware, a non-lowercase Authorization key, and an attacker-influenced redirect; the redirect destination receives the credential.
