Process crash via unbounded recursive response decompression

Data amplification in Tesla 0.6.0 through 1.18.2 allows remote attackers controlling an HTTP server to crash or freeze the calling process. In decompress_body/2, the Compression and DecompressResponse middleware pass the entire body to zlib without an output cap, then recurse for every comma-separated content-encoding token. The application must enable either middleware, and an attacker-controlled or redirected-to server can multiply decompression layers until BEAM heap exhaustion interrupts the process.
