Runner code execution via exposed require function

Sandbox escape in LingDojo KanaDojo before 0.1.18 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through a crafted pull request. The issue-auto-respond.yml workflow passes the global require function into vm.runInNewContext(), letting modified messages.cjs code load unrestricted Node.js modules. Submitting a pull request is required, and successful exploitation runs code with GitHub Actions runner privileges and access to AUTOMATION_PR_TOKEN.
