Stored XSS via unsanitized image source field

Stored XSS in Image Source Control Lite 3.9.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts via image source metadata. The Image Source attachment field accepts HTML without sufficient input sanitization, and the plugin renders the saved source text without adequate output escaping. Author-level access is required; the injected script executes in visitors' browsers when an affected page displays the stored image credit.
