Remote code execution via eval-based deserialization

Code injection in Casiano Rodriguez-Leon's GRID::Machine 0 through 0.127 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via RPC responses. The read_operation() routine in lib/GRID/Machine/Message.pm appends a Dumper value marker to raw protocol bytes and passes the resulting string to Perl eval without neutralizing embedded code. Exploitation requires control of an SSH-connected remote host, and each RPC response can execute silently in the client process while preserving expected return values.
