CVE-2026-48499Network attack vector

Cross-tenant code execution via writable cache traversal

Published Jul 30, 2026 · Updated Jul 30, 2026

Improper authorization in Activepieces before 0.84.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter other tenants' cached files. The Code piece sandbox accepts an unsanitized path segment and exposes the worker's shared read-write cache, so traversal reaches cached flow JSON and code outside the attacker's tenant. The user must be able to author and run a Code piece on a worker shared with a victim; altered code executes in that tenant's worker context on the victim's next flow run, while V8 isolate modes are unaffected.
