LAN-local cache corruption via unchecked record lengths

Record parsing in python-zeroconf before 0.149.16 allows remote attackers on the local link to corrupt cached mDNS data via crafted responses. _read_character_string and _read_string advance the parser offset by an attacker-declared RDLENGTH after Python silently truncates out-of-bounds slices, committing malformed records before later parsing fails. Access to the same local link is required; successful packets seed DNSCache and ServiceInfo properties with attacker-shaped key/value or address data for the record TTL.
