Improper output escaping in Vantern Quest Bot before 1.1.6 allows remote authenticated users to trigger Discord mass mentions. The /warns handler renders stored moderator-supplied warning reasons without suppressing @everyone or @here mention parsing. Exploitation requires warning privileges and the bot's mention permission, and it causes unsolicited guild-wide notifications without code execution.
