Code execution via out-of-bounds file parsing
Published Jul 28, 2026 · Updated Jul 28, 2026
Out-of-bounds write in Adobe Bridge 15.1.6 and earlier and 16.0.5 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to execute code via a malicious file. Adobe has not published the affected parser, file format, or bounds-check failure that permits the write outside its destination buffer. Exploitation requires a victim to open the file, after which code runs with the current user's privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
