CVE-2026-48374

Arbitrary file read via path traversal

Published Jul 28, 2026 · Updated Jul 28, 2026

Path traversal in Adobe Bridge 15.1.6 and earlier and 16.0.5 and earlier allows attackers to read arbitrary files via a malicious file. Adobe has not disclosed which file parser or pathname operation fails to keep attacker-supplied paths within the intended directory. Exploitation requires a victim to open the file; the CNA describes out-of-scope file reads, while Adobe's bulletin labels the impact arbitrary code execution.
