Application crash via unchecked HashRange addition

Integer overflow in Adobe Content Credentials SDKs and c2patool allows local users to crash applications via a crafted C2PA manifest. hash_stream_by_alg_with_progress adds attacker-controlled CBOR HashRange start and length values without checked arithmetic, causing a panic when the sum exceeds u64 limits. Processing the manifest is sufficient even when its signature is invalid; the resulting process termination interrupts only the application performing verification.
