User-assisted arbitrary code execution
Published Jul 14, 2026 · Updated Jul 14, 2026
Incorrect authorization in Adobe Animate 2023 23.0.15 and earlier and 2024 24.0.13 and earlier allows attackers to execute code. Adobe has not disclosed the affected component, authorization check, or malicious-file element that reaches the code-execution path. Exploitation requires a user to open a malicious file, runs code as the current user, and depends on conditions beyond the attacker's control.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=0 <=23.0.15
