Unauthenticated file upload via unchecked share path
Published Mar 26, 2026 · Updated Mar 26, 2026
Unrestricted file upload in KodCloud KodBox 1.64 allows remote attackers to write files through a crafted public-share request. The Add method in app/controller/explorer/userShare.class.php accepts a caller-controlled path and creates a share without checking access to physical-path targets. No authentication or user interaction is required, but exploitation has high complexity and can affect stored-data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
