Application crash via null pointer dereference
Published Jul 6, 2026 · Updated Jul 6, 2026
NULL pointer dereference in Adobe DNG SDK 1.7.1 build 2536 and earlier allows attackers to crash an application via a malicious file. Adobe has not published the parser, function, or malformed file element that reaches the null dereference. Exploitation requires a victim to open the file in an application incorporating the SDK, interrupting that application without reported disclosure or code execution.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
