On-path data disclosure via disabled TLS validation

Improper certificate validation in Open ISES Tickets before 3.44.2 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to read login traffic. incs/login.inc.php sets CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER to false and omits CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYHOST for outbound HTTPS requests. The attacker must control the network path between the server and remote endpoint; exposed data includes API keys or session-bearing material.
