Database access via hardcoded loader.php credentials
Published May 21, 2026 · Updated May 21, 2026
Hardcoded credentials in Open ISES Tickets before 3.44.2 allow remote attackers to obtain MySQL access through loader.php. The public-facing database utility embeds a MySQL username, password, and database name directly in source code committed to the public repository. Database access requires network reachability; deployed systems are also exposed when an unauthenticated attacker can read the PHP source.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
