SQL injection via unsanitized GPS tracker responses

SQL injection in Open ISES Tickets CAD before 3.44.2 allows remote attackers to alter dispatch data through GPS service responses. incs/remotes.inc.php concatenates latitude, longitude, callsign, speed, altitude, and timestamp values parsed from tracker XML or JSON into UPDATE and INSERT queries without sanitization. Exploitation requires control or impersonation of a configured InstaMapper or Google Latitude endpoint and can modify responder locations, tracks, and assignments.
