Authenticated reflected XSS via unencoded frm_add_str

Reflected XSS in Open ISES Tickets CAD before 3.44.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through ics214.php. The script inserts the frm_add_str POST value into a hidden input value attribute without HTML encoding, so quotes can introduce executable markup. A victim must render the crafted response in a browser; successful exploitation runs script in that user's application context.
