CVE-2026-48210Network attack vector

Internal ticket disclosure via forced customer visibility

Published May 31, 2026 · Updated May 31, 2026

Information disclosure in OTRS 2026.3.1 allows remote authenticated users to expose internal ticket articles through the External Frontend. The forwarding form sets and disables IsVisibleForCustomer by default, so forwarded articles become customer-visible without letting the agent clear the flag. An agent must forward an article, after which an External Frontend user can read ticket content intended to remain internal.
