Type restriction bypass during reduce-state restoration

Insecure deserialization in Apache Fory PyFory 0.13.0 through 0.17.0 allows remote attackers to bypass application type restrictions. ReduceSerializer restores reduce state and resolves global names without consistently invoking configured DeserializationPolicy validation hooks. Exploitation requires Python-native mode with strict mode disabled, attacker-controlled serialized data, and reliance on a custom policy; denied classes, functions, or module attributes can then be reconstructed.
