Unauthorized backend operations via unfiltered control headers

Header injection in Apache Camel JIRA allows remote attackers to drive issue operations through exposed HTTP-to-JIRA routes. Across 4.0.0 through 4.14.7, 4.15.0 through 4.18.2, and 4.19.0 through 4.20.9, JiraConstants assigns plain names such as IssueKey to producer controls, so HttpHeaderFilterStrategy passes attacker-supplied values into the Exchange. When an HTTP consumer feeds a JIRA producer, an unauthenticated client can override route-selected issue identifiers and actions, bounded by the configured service account's permissions.
