SSRF and field injection via unfiltered headers
Published Jul 6, 2026 · Updated Jul 6, 2026
Header injection in affected Apache Camel 4.x Solr components allows remote attackers to trigger SSRF and alter indexed document fields. SolrProducer accepts SolrParam.* and SolrField.* Exchange headers after HttpHeaderFilterStrategy fails to remove their non-Camel-prefixed names. Exposure requires an HTTP consumer to feed untrusted headers into a Solr producer; unauthenticated routes expose internal HTTP targets and indexed-document integrity.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
