Unauthenticated command execution via unquoted branch name

Command injection in PraisonAI before 4.6.40 allows remote attackers to execute shell commands through a crafted pull request branch name. The claude-response job places pr.data.head.ref unquoted into a Bash git fetch command, so shell metacharacters split it into attacker-chosen commands. Any outside contributor can open a fork pull request and post an @claude comment; injected code runs on the Ubuntu Actions runner and can alter later privileged git or gh operations.
