Authenticated shell command execution via unsanitized wsrep variables

OS command injection in MariaDB Server allows remote authenticated users with SUPER privileges to execute shell commands on Galera joiner nodes. The joiner-side SST command builder inserts runtime values from wsrep_sst_receive_address or wsrep_sst_donor into a shell command without proper sanitization. Exploitation requires Galera to be enabled and a database account with SUPER privileges, and commands run with the operating-system identity of mariadbd.
