Browser script execution via reflected search input
Published Mar 25, 2026 · Updated Mar 25, 2026
Reflected XSS in Schiocco Support Board 3.7.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript via a crafted search URL. The /supportboard/include/articles.php endpoint inserts the search parameter into the generated response without neutralizing executable script content. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and victim interaction with the malicious URL, exposing browser-held data and actions to the injected script.
