Cross-tenant monitoring corruption via unchecked agent results

Missing authorization in Nezha Monitoring 0.20.0 through 2.0.11 allows remote authenticated users to falsify other users' service results. The service-monitor result worker accepts an agent-controlled service ID after checking only that it exists, without verifying reporter assignment or ownership. A normal account, valid agent secret, and registered agent are sufficient to corrupt another user's history and current service state; no confidentiality loss is reported.
