Authorization decision poisoning via iterator cache-key collisions

Improper policy enforcement in OpenFGA before 1.16.0 allows remote authenticated users to receive cached authorization results for other requests. The shared-iterator and ListObjects iterator caches serialize distinct check inputs to a colliding key and reuse the earlier decision instead of evaluating the later request. Exploitation requires both SharedIteratorCache and ListObjectsIteratorCache to be enabled and can grant or deny access contrary to the authorization model.
