Booking abuse amplification via weak proof-of-work

Insufficient throttling in OpenReception before 1.0.6 allows remote attackers to amplify automated abuse of appointment booking. The bootstrap challenge service hardcodes SHA-256 proof-of-work at four leading hexadecimal zeros and keys its fallback throttle with attacker-controlled tunnel, key, and email values. No authentication is required; fresh bindings evade accumulation, allowing rapid challenge solving and bulk appointment-slot creation.
