Cross-tenant invite deletion via unscoped email predicate

Incorrect authorization in OpenReception before 1.0.6 allows remote authenticated users to delete pending staff invites in other tenants. StaffService.deleteStaffMember() deletes user_invite rows matching the removed staff email without adding tenantId to that email predicate. A TENANT_ADMIN in one tenant must delete an existing staff user whose email matches another tenant's pending invite; no cross-tenant data read or staff-user modification follows.
