Operator impersonation via insecure session cookies

Sensitive cookie exposure in juev nebula-mesh before 0.3.2 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to steal operator sessions over HTTP. The session and OIDC handlers in internal/web/session.go and internal/web/oidc.go create cookies with HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax but omit Secure. Exposure requires observation of one plaintext request to the origin; a stolen session permits operator impersonation for its remaining 24-hour lifetime, while OIDC state exposure enables callback CSRF within 10 minutes.
