Unauthenticated response disclosure via unvalidated baseurl

Server-side request forgery in Learning Equality Kolibri before 0.19.4 allows remote attackers to read internal HTTP responses via API requests. The RemoteFacilityUser and related API endpoints pass a user-supplied baseurl into NetworkClient.build_for_address(), follow attacker-controlled redirects, and return fetched JSON bodies to the caller. The GET /api/auth/remotefacilityuser endpoint requires no authentication, while the other reflection points require local authentication or an unprovisioned device; reachable deployments can expose cloud metadata and support internal host discovery.
