Order-state tampering via missing route ACL checks
Published Jul 17, 2026 · Updated Jul 17, 2026
Missing authorization in Shopware before 6.6.10.18 and 6.7.0.0 through 6.7.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter order states. OrderActionController transition routes omit ACL metadata, causing AclAnnotationValidator to return without checking privileges before SYSTEM_SCOPE writes. A low-privileged Admin API account and a valid order identifier are required, enabling unauthorized cancellation, reopening, or advancement of order, transaction, and delivery states.
