CVE-2026-48011Network attack vector

Administrator username enumeration via password-verification timing

Published Jun 10, 2026 · Updated Jun 10, 2026

Observable timing differences in Shopware 6.6.10.17 and earlier and 6.7.0.0 through 6.7.10.0 allow remote attackers to enumerate admin usernames. The getUserEntityByUserCredentials method in UserRepository.php returns immediately for an unknown username but runs password_verify for an existing user, producing a measurable response-time gap. The unauthenticated OAuth token endpoint reveals only whether a tested administrator username exists, enabling targeted credential attacks.
