Arbitrary code execution via undisclosed use-after-free
Published Jun 9, 2026 · Updated Jun 9, 2026
Use-after-free in Adobe Acrobat Reader 26.001.21651 and earlier allows attackers to execute arbitrary code through a malicious PDF file. Adobe has not disclosed the affected parser or object lifecycle operation that leaves a freed object reachable during file processing. A victim must open the crafted file, and successful exploitation runs code with the victim's current-user privileges.
