Privileged JavaScript execution via host-DOM attribute injection
Published Jun 9, 2026 · Updated Jun 9, 2026
Sandbox escape in Logseq 0.10.15 allows attackers to execute JavaScript in the privileged host context through a malicious plugin. Sandboxed plugin iframes can inject arbitrary HTML attributes, including event handlers, into their host-DOM container because CSP is disabled. A user must load the malicious plugin; successful exploitation exposes filesystem APIs to code running with the application's privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
