Improper network binding in Spring Tools for Eclipse 5.2.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to access JDWP and JMX services. The Boot Dashboard Docker integration publishes container control ports on 0.0.0.0 instead of binding them to loopback. A user must launch a container through the Boot Dashboard; adjacent-network access to the host then exposes unauthenticated process-control interfaces.
