Local model substitution via predictable cache path

Insecure cache handling in Spring AI 1.0.0 through 1.0.9, 1.1.0 through 1.1.8, and 2.0.0 allows local users to substitute an ONNX model. The transformer model cache uses a deterministic path that another account can pre-create and populate before Spring AI loads the cached ONNX artifact. Exploitation requires access to a multi-user host and causes attacker-controlled model content to be loaded, with no reported confidentiality or availability impact.
