Cross-request exception disclosure via tracing
Published Aug 26, 2026 · Updated Aug 26, 2026
Information exposure in Spring Reactor Netty HTTP Server allows remote attackers to receive exception details from unrelated requests. Spring has not published the code locus, triggering request pattern, or incorrect tracing operation that crosses request boundaries. The server must use Brave Tracing, and the disclosed consequence is limited to exception-detail exposure between requests.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=0 <=1.0.52
- Affected versionversion=1.1.0 <=1.2.18
- Affected versionversion=1.3.0 <=1.3.6
