Remote SSH access via weak password generation

Weak password generation in Cloud Foundry Foundation BOSH Windows Stemcell Builder before 2019.98 allows remote attackers to brute-force SSH logins. The GenerateRandomPassword function uses a noncryptographic pseudorandom generator, producing SSH passwords with insufficient entropy. The attacker must reach TCP port 22 on a stemcell built by an affected release; a successful guess grants the SSH account access.
