Root code execution via unverified DAV TLS

Improper certificate validation in Cloud Foundry Foundation BOSH CLI before 7.10.4 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to execute root code. During create-env and delete-env, the CLI uploads packages and rendered templates to the new VM's DAV blobstore without validating its HTTPS certificate against the manifest's available CA. An attacker positioned on that network path can capture Basic-auth credentials and bootstrap secrets, then replay the credentials to the real VM agent with root privileges.
