Cross-tenant credential disclosure via unchecked record lookup

Missing authorization in ITFlow before 26.05 allows remote authenticated users to read other tenants' plaintext credentials and TOTP secrets. The credential edit modal looks up an attacker-selected credential_id, decrypts the matching record, and returns its secrets without first enforcing client access. An agent session and encryption-session cookie are required; successful requests expose passwords, usernames, TOTP seeds, and live TOTP values.
