Privilege escalation via missing CSRF validation

CSRF in the nebula-mesh web UI before 0.3.3 allows remote attackers to perform privileged actions through an operator's browser. Every mutating /ui/* route accepts a request once the session cookie validates, without checking a CSRF token or intentional origin. An authenticated operator must visit or submit attacker-controlled content; resulting actions can delete or rotate CAs, mint API keys, disable operators, change settings, or force logout.
