Operator-to-admin escalation via scheduler admin bypass

Authorization bypass in the Scheduler API in Frangoteam FUXA before 1.3.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute administrator-only scheduled actions. POST /api/scheduler and DELETE /api/scheduler in server/api/scheduler/index.js do not consistently enforce authJwt.haveAdminPermission, so non-admin operator requests can create, alter, or delete scheduler settings and deviceActions, including onSetValue and onRunScript entries. Operator-level access is required, and scheduled or repeating jobs can continue changing PLC setpoints, device state, safety interlocks, or project data after the initiating session ends.
