Application crash via missing-property null dereference

NULL pointer dereference in libheif before 1.22.0 allows local users to crash applications via a malformed uncompressed HEIF file. ImageItem_uncompressed::get_heif_image_tiling() assumes paired uncC and ispe properties, then reads ispe after release builds remove the assertion. An application must call the tiling API on attacker-supplied input; the demonstrated consequence is process termination, with no arbitrary read, write, or code execution.
