Internal service access via NAT64 filter bypass

SSRF in CC: Tweaked before 1.119.0 allows remote attackers who can execute Lua code to reach internal IPv4 services through NAT64. PrivatePattern.matches() relies on InetAddress classifications that do not identify 64:ff9b::/96, so encoded private IPv4 destinations pass the deny filter. Exploitation requires IPv6 and a NAT64 gateway route; successful requests can read responses from reachable internal HTTP services.
