Host memory exhaustion via uncapped Buffer allocation

Denial of service in Patrik Simek vm2 before 3.11.6 allows remote attackers to crash the host process via crafted sandbox Buffer calls. In lib/setup-sandbox.js, bufferAllocLimit checks wrap Buffer.alloc variants but leave Buffer.concat(list, totalLength) and Buffer.from(arrayLike) able to reach Node's host allocator with attacker-controlled sizes. Exposure requires an application to execute untrusted code in vm2 with bufferAllocLimit enabled; successful exploitation exhausts host memory and causes process termination rather than sandbox escape.
