Warehouse file read via unchecked result path

Path traversal in Pathling Server before 2.0.0 allows remote attackers to read warehouse files through the /$result endpoint. ExportResultProvider concatenates the raw file parameter with the warehouse jobs path and opens the result without canonicalization or a containment check. Async exports must be enabled and a valid job ID obtained; default unauthenticated deployments expose persisted FHIR tables, while authorized callers can exceed their job manifests.
