OAuth credential exfiltration via unvalidated metadata URL

SSRF in Pathling Server before 2.0.0 allows remote attackers to exfiltrate OAuth client credentials through $bulk-submit. BulkSubmitValidator excludes oauthMetadataUrl from allowableSources validation, so BulkSubmitAuthProvider trusts its token_endpoint and sends stored credentials there. Exploitation requires invoking $bulk-submit as a configured submitter; it exposes that submitter's secret or private key and controls later authenticated manifest and file fetches.
