Private-key disclosure via overbroad operator-group permissions

Incorrect permission assignment in CODRA Panorama Suite 2025 allows local users to read certificate private keys from the Windows store. During certificate installation, the Network and Security Tool grants the operator group unnecessary access rights to the associated private key. Exploitation requires local low-privileged operator-group access and exposes key material without reported integrity or availability impact.
