Absolute path traversal in NVIDIA Triton Inference Server for Linux before 26.06 allows remote attackers to read files or execute code. Public records do not name the vulnerable handler, but NVIDIA's 26.06 release notes say the fix hardened model environment unpacking and file-path handling against path traversal, indicating that model-related file operations accepted attacker-controlled absolute paths outside the intended directory. The issue is network reachable with no authentication or user interaction; exposure depends on whether the deployed server accepts attacker-influenced model or file path inputs through enabled management or serving features.
